Our approach is to ensure we have covered all aspects of the claim. We will also obtain sufficient information from your client on potential losses (if required) to calculate special damages.

How our service works
Upon receipt of instructions we shall review the documents and assign to one of our statement takers.
Our user friendly booking portal allows you or your clients to view our live availability and schedule an appointment. Having reviewed your instructions we can either provide your client with a case specific link to schedule the appropriate time with our drafter, or we can schedule the appointment on your client’s behalf, using traditional methods. You can also access our supplier booking page to choose a service and schedule an appointment on your client’s behalf.
Appointments are available through the day, early mornings, evenings or weekends. Alternatively, if you are struggling with client co-operation we can make the arrangements and guide your client through the process. Our legal expertise allows us to take the time to build the relationship and your client’s trust to guide them through the statement taking process.
Our pledge is to provide you with the drafted statement, the same day of the appointment. We will also provide you with an attendance note for recovery of fees, along with a review of any strengths or issues with the claim which may affect the prospects of success.

In the event your client’s first language is not English, then we can arrange for your client to provide their statement in their first language, along with a written translation.
